Delivery costs and delivery time

Hong Kong: Each product page indicates how many business days of delivery (excluding holidays and public holidays). It takes another one to two business days to ship the goods from the warehouse to the customer. If SF Express pick-up service is selected, the order will be shipped to the designated SF pick-up station within about 1 working day for the customer to pick up the order within 3 days. Express to reach Shunfeng stores, there will be a text message to inform you to pick up. SF Express HK locations and codes as below:

Elsewhere: How many business days are shipped (excluding holidays and public holidays) on each product page. It takes another four to five business days to ship the goods from the warehouse to the customer.

SF Express will have different delivery times for different regions. Depending on the third-party delivery service company, we will forward the application to SF Express as soon as possible after inquiry or request for specific date or time. But SF may not be able to guarantee the actual arrival time. If the item is not in stock or requires a longer delivery time, we will clear the page in the product description, and arrange to inform the customer. We will try our best and efficiently arrange the delivery. However, the delivery time will be affected by such factors as the delivery of legislation in individual districts, customs, logistics arrangements, weather and local or local public holidays. We are not binding and will not be held liable for any loss caused by delay.

We mainly use SF Express delivery. But we or arrange a different delivery company delivery.

Inquiries about remote areas in Hong Kong

The remote areas include Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau and Lamma Island. If the shipping address is above the remote areas, we may use Hongkong Post to send the goods to customers.

Order tracking number (Tracking Code)

The above courier companies are equipped with the tracking number of the order tracking service, you can always see the latest shipping situation.


If the customer purchases two or more orders at the same time, the address provided is the same. Unless a customer note is sent out separately, we may arrange for a consolidated order to be sent to protect the customer from receiving all orders at the same time.

To countries outside Hong Kong that are subject to tariffs on goods

For goods destined for countries other than Hong Kong, the user is required to pay customs duties, import duties, GST, Value Added Tax (VAT) or other import sales taxes. Customers are required to pay the cost of the goods.

The courier company failed to deliver the order successfully

Reasons for failure to deliver may include incorrect addresses, missing recipients, or unclaimed merchandise. HKWaa will notify the customer when HKWaa receives the order package returned by the courier company for undeliverable delivery. If the customer wishes to re-issue, HKWaa will additionally charge the freight.

Out of stock

HKWaa will make every effort to ensure that the supply of goods sufficient, if the order is out of stock, we will notify the customer by e-mail, due to out of stock refund will be arranged to return the payment order credit card or Paypal account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Receipt Period

When the HKWaa delivery to the order address, the customer must receive. Order to use their own pick-up, customers must actively cooperate with the settlement. If the customer fails to sign within the time limit or can not contact the settlement, HKWaa will cancel the order. If the order has been paid, HKWaa will refund the amount of goods paid (excluding shipping charges) with a gift voucher, without prior notice.
